1. Using GameVault GameVault is a small, hobby game website run by one person. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. 2. Payments, Premium and donations Premium passes, lifetime Premium and donations are paid through Stripe. Donations are gifts and are not refundable. Premium gives access to premium games for as long as the site is running — it is not a guarantee that the site, any game or any feature will keep existing. 3. If the site changes or shuts down GameVault may change, pause, lose data or shut down at any time, for any reason, without notice — including after you have paid. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you will not be entitled to a refund, compensation or any other claim against the site or its owner if that happens. 4. Chips and in-game items Chips (like in OddsUp) are play money with no real-world value. They can't be bought, sold or cashed out, and they can be reset or removed at any time. 5. Your account Keep your password safe. The creator can remove, ban or reset any account, score, message or chip balance at any time, for any reason. 6. Behaviour Be respectful. No cheating, spamming, hacking or trying to break the site. Messages you send may be read by the creator. 7. No warranty / limit of liability The site and games are provided "as is" with no promises that they work, are error-free or always available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the owner is not responsible for any loss or damage from using GameVault. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't legally be excluded. 8. Changes to these terms These terms can change at any time. Continuing to use GameVault means you accept the latest version.
